IQVIA – Website Optimization & Toolbox Redesign

Transiris partnered with IQVIA to evaluate, enhance, and future-proof its digital presence — combining strategic UX/UI redesign with a comprehensive performance audit to drive clarity, usability, and business insight.

Situation

IQVIA, the global leader in advanced analytics and clinical technology for life sciences, had recently undergone a full website redesign. Visually, the site aligned with brand standards and was well received. Yet the post-launch data told a different story: year-over-year metrics appeared to be down, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) were not meeting the targets, and there were growing concerns about user engagement, navigation flow, and compliance-related tracking issues.

Simultaneously, the Marketing Operations Toolbox — a high-traffic internal hub — needed a design refresh. Our goal was to modernize the page while ensuring clarity, structure, and ease of access to frequently used forms and resources.

IQVIA brought in Transiris to leverage its expertise: to audit performance, uncover insights, and reshape digital tools that support both internal and external marketing efficiency.

Solution

Our experts approached the project in two synergetic workstreams.

First, our creative and development teams tackled the Toolbox redesign. We created a fresh, intuitive page structure with improved organization and usability — adding elements like page guides, team intros, and training links to balance aesthetics with engagement. We didn’t stop at design: we fully implemented each page using a custom-built structure, developed without external frameworks to maximize compatibility across browsers and platforms. Our solution was tailored precisely to IQVIA’s UX needs.

Concomitantly, our experience and analytics team conducted a full-scale audit of the IQVIA website. We assessed UX/UI performance, user journeys, accessibility (WCAG), compliance (GDPR, W3C), and responsiveness across devices. We benchmarked against competitors, reviewed KPIs, GTM triggers, and GA4 data, and flagged issues affecting tracking, engagement, and conversion. As part of the audit, we delivered a strategic roadmap for improvement — enabling IQVIA to gain insights not just about performance, but about performance drivers.
