Role Description:
We’re currently seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a passion for marketing, data, technology and a talent for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.

This is a fully remote role in Romania.

Responsibilities:
- Work with client stakeholders and project team members to identify, design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions using different marketing automation technology tools.
- Be a key contributor for campaign design, execution, and integration projects.
- Participate in deployment and change management of developed technology solutions.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the implementation of technology solutions.
- Serve as a marketing automation specialist support; make recommendations and share best practices with clients;
- Optimizing, debugging, and implementing marketing automation campaigns in Marketing Technologies environments.
- Database (SQL) analysis, reporting and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science or related degree.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- SQL / Understanding of relational databases.
- Proficiency in English (written & verbal communication).
- Experience in utilizing marketing automation/CRM platforms such as Unica Campaign, Eloqua, HubSpot, Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other similar tools.
