Role Description:
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and accomplished full-time Sales Account Specialist to take ownership of developing and maintaining client relationships, managing the pipeline, and driving revenue growth. In addition, they will be confident in selling services (technical solutions, digital marketing, creative, analytics, etc.) across multiple verticals and become a key success contributor.

About you:
- Experience in the sale of B2B services and/or prior experience as a consultant within the IT Services/Marketing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Masters or advanced degree a plus.
- Proven ability to prospect and progress relationships with several levels of (senior) management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Ability to confidently present and articulate the value of products and services.
- Excellent written and oral/presentation skills; strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical clients across organizational levels
- Solid verbal and written English proficiency; additional languages are a bonus.
- Interested in about 25% traveling throughout Europe and North America (as needed).
- Highly motivated and driven to continuously exceed sales quotas and improve sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of new and existing clients, developing relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing of deals.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to generate new leads.
- Assist executives with identifying business opportunities and providing targeted solutions.
- Organize conference calls/meetings; generate and conduct presentations to educate and attract prospective clients; confidently present and articulate the value of Transiris offerings.
- Identify, prepare, and present pitches and RFP responses
- Regularly update the status of opportunities in salesforce and present in weekly sales status meetings; manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure project success.
- Act as the point of contact for value pricing, propositions, marketing, and product development.
- Follow-up with key stakeholders to renew/extend current projects as needed.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Maintain innovative company culture and represent Transiris in a professional manner.
- Consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas and personal targets.
