Software System Administrator

We are currently looking for a talented Software System Administration Consultant to join our global team of experts and work on innovative projects for top international clients.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary from project to project, but will generally include the following:

  • Work with internal and client IT resources to design, implement and document highly standardized software systems
  • Manage communication with client IT to facilitate set-up of servers and specific environments in preparation for project work
  • Assess hardware specifications and requirements and set-up server accordingly

Executive Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an organized remote Executive Administrative Assistant who is a calendar and planning guru. The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in organizing the schedules of two senior leaders who work out of our Silicon Valley office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be aware at all times of upcoming client meetings and calls as well as events and conferences.
  • Schedule on-site client meetings, online meetings, and conference calls; ensure that internal subject matter experts are available to attend and answer client questions.
  • Collect materials (presentations, documents, etc.) in preparation for online meetings.
  • Attend meetings and take notes as needed; remind stakeholders of urgent follow-up; update team members of important meeting outcomes (ie signed projects, lost opportunities, etc.).
  • Enter and update project opportunities in salesforce (ie status, budget, probability, etc.).

Java Developer Consultant

Responsibilities
